As construction work continues on the Alto de São João – Portagem urban stretch, under the responsibility of Infraestruturas de Portugal, traffic changes will be necessary in the area of Rua António Granjo and Largo das Ameias, starting tomorrow, July 25th, and running until August 7th.
These changes will facilitate the completion of final roadwork and sidewalks in the area surrounding Estação Nova.
Traffic dynamics during this period are outlined in the image.
Thus, António Granjo Street will be a two-way traffic system, with no exit and limited to local access, with the two bus stops temporarily deactivated. Traffic will now flow directly from Fernão de Magalhães Avenue to Emídio Navarro Avenue, via Largo das Ameias, leaving the Hotel Mondego area with two-way traffic.
