The week ended with Metro Mondego's presence at the Coimbra Invest Summit 2025, where we had the opportunity to promote and publicize the Metrobus together with EFACEC, our partner in the telematics area.
One of the highlights of Metro Mondego's presence was an immersive experience, where, through virtual reality glasses, visitors were able to enter the future of mobility in the region: Linha do Mondego
- Visit some stations and the Metrobus channel;
- Explore the ticketing system;
- Enter and travel inside the bus;
- Go through tunnels;
- See the optical guidance system and vehicle charging.
The other major highlight of the stand was developed by EFACEC, which, through a simulator, allowed event participants to learn about the technology associated with the Central Command Post of the Metrobus system.
It was an excellent opportunity to show how the Metrobus is transforming urban mobility with innovation, sustainability and technology.
